2016 Cabernet Sauvignon $125
The 2016 Herson Family Vineyards Persuasion Cabernet Sauvignon is balanced, complex, distinctive, and is connected to its Napa Valley terroir. It has a long finish that goes well beyond fruitiness. It has silky tannins, subtle acidity and full-bodied texture. There is ripe red and dark fruit on the nose and the pallet along with notes of vanilla, licorice, espresso beans, blackberries and bell pepper. No technological gimmicks were used making this wine.
- 90% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Heitz Vineyard in Calistoga and the Foley Howell Mountain Vineyard
- 8% Merlot from Calistoga
- 2% Petit Verdot from Howell Mountain
- One week controlled fermentation
- 22 months in new French Oak
- Only 2 barrels (50 cases) were produced

2017 Merlot $50
The 2017 Herson Family Vineyards Access Merlot has a dense purple color that is followed by aromas of black cherries, black currants and chocolate. It is a rich, full-bodied wine that is balanced, complex, distinctive, and connected to its Napa Valley terroir. This wine will age well over the next decade. No technological gimmicks were used making this wine.
- 90% Merlot from Peterson Vineyard in Calistoga
- 10% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Robert Foley Howell Mountain Vineyard
- One week controlled fermentation
- 24 months in new French Oak Barrels
- Only 1 barrel (25 cases) was produced

INFLUENCE
2018 Chardonnay $40
The 2017 Herson Family Vineyards Influence Chardonnay in balanced, complex, and distinctively connected to its Carneros terroir. It is gently floral on the nose and has a silky texture, rich ripe fruit and compelling freshness on the palate. There are notes of ripe apricot, pink grapefruit and hits of lemon and lime peels. It has a long finish with delightful acidity balanced by ripe fruit. No technological gimmicks were used making this wine.
- 100% Chardonnay from Carneros
- One week controlled fermentation
- Barrel fermented
- 1/3 new Burgundian oak, 1/3 neutral oak barrels, 1/3 stainless steel
- Full Malolactic Fermentation
- Aged 6 months sur lie
- Dry, no residual sugar
- Only 2 barrels (50 cases) produced
